The Role

This is a chance to take full creative ownership and build a kitchen that reflects your philosophy and style. You’ll design a confident, seasonal menu rooted in sustainability and Scottish produce. You’ll lead a small, passionate team with calm authority, and help shape the culture and direction of a venue that values collaboration, creativity, and consistency.

You’ll work alongside the owners to bring their ambitious vision to life and help build a destination that people travel for.
