to stabilise their kitchen, then elevate their food offering. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in small teams and wants to grow with an expanding brand.The Venue:High-energy bar/restaurant with private diningEvenings only (last orders 9:30pm) + busy Saturday brunch (£3K gross)Sundays 10am–6pm (admin day), Mondays and Tuesdays off40–45 hours max – no burnout cultureThe Ideal Head Chef:100% hands-on – must work every serviceOrganised, stock-savvy, and able to improve food sales incrementallyExperience in bar-led venues or high-volume kitchensCan execute existing menus for 6 months before creative collaborationWhy Apply?£45K + £3K bonus (food margin and labour targets)Clear path to group role (2 new venues in 2025)Structured rota and work-life balanceSound like you?
