You''ll oversee a premium food offer serving fresh, restaurant-quality dishes alongside an extensive hospitality programme, including executive dining, three-course plated dinners, networking events and VIP hospitality. With a focus on quality over volume, you''ll have the opportunity to showcase creativity, seasonal innovation and exceptional presentation every day.Daily footfall ranges from 100 to 260 covers.
