Head Chef

We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to work in a prestigious work place in Manchester.

Rate of Pay:

£37,000 per annum

Working Pattern : Monday - Friday , 7:00am - 15:30pm , some evening availability will be needed for hospitality events

Key Responsibilities:

To prepare and oversee all preparation of food to the highest standardTo produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customersTo ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available for the menusTo develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer expectationsTo be creative when menu planning and including the client and customersPride yourself on food quality and hygiene standardOverall responsibility for managing the kitchen teamProvide feedback and coaching on performanceTo ensure that the kitchen team have completed up to date COSSH and Food Hygiene trainingLeading a team of 4 Chefs and 4 KP''s

Our Ideal Candidate will have:Minimum 5-year experience in a thriving kitchenstrong understanding of kitchen logisticsMust be organizedTeam PlayerStrong fresh food background
