We have 5 restaurants in our group - 2 in Bristol, 1 in Bath, 1 in Cheltenham and 1 in Cardiff.Bosco pizzeria are looking for a driven, ambitious, enthusiastic and passionate head chef to head up our flagship restaurant, Bosco Pizzeria, Whiteladies Road, Bristol.We are looking for someone who enjoys being an inspirational leader of a kitchen team, we hope to find the perfect head chef to help convey our passion for fresh, seasonal and stunning Italian produce and cookery, as well as someone who is dedicate to training, developing and inspiring young chefs and enthusing a whole restaurant with passion for what we do.You will also need a solid financial understanding in the kitchen, with the ability to achieve GP and payroll targets and a love for being part of a busy and lively restaurant atmosphere.Your key responsibilities will be: Full operational control over the day to day running of the kitchen Ensuring every dish that leaves the pass is cooked and presented to the highest standards Training all members of your team to develop them to be the best chefs they can be Full rota control and responsibility, along with the general manager, for achieving payroll targets Following stock control procedures to hit a GP target Liaising with our suppliers for ordering Ensuring that all relevant HandS and food safety obligations are adhered to and managed using our systems ..... full job details .....
