We are seeking an experienced and driven Head Chef, a catering professional to join our clientandrsquo;s team in a dynamic, multi-site role within the contract catering sector.
The successful candidate will bring a genuine passion for food, a strong track record within education catering, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service standards. This is an opportunity for a creative and commercially astute Head Chef, who can influence, develop, and elevate catering operations across multiple locations.
This is a hands-on position requiring flexibility, with regular travel between sites to provide operational support, drive standards, and implement best practice.
Key responsibilities and attributes include:

- Exceptional attention to detail, consistently striving for excellence across all areas of the operation
- Proven experience in developing catering services, using feedback and insight to enhance both client and customer satisfaction

- Strong financial acumen, including managing budgets, controlling costs, driving sales, and optimising labour to achieve consistent performance
- A solid understanding of health and nutrition guidelines, particularly within an educational environment
