This temporary role involves leading a busy college kitchen, delivering fresh, high-quality food within a well-equipped setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a busy college kitchen delivering fresh, high-quality food in a well-equipped environment. Youandrsquo;ll manage the catering team, maintain excellent food standards, and ensure full compliance with Food Safety regulations.

Hours and Renumeration

Monday to Friday
7am andndash; 3pm
Temp-to-perm opportunity with trial period
andpound;19-andpound;20 per hour (please note that the salary is dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the catering operation
Prepare fresh meals using standardised recipes
Maintain Food andamp; Health Safety standards and complete required paperwork
Manage stock control and food ordering
Ensure timely meal service across the site
Support daily operations, budgets, and inventory management

Requirements

Enhanced DBS Certificate (Child Workforce)
Right to Work in the UK
2 employment references
Minimum 1 yearsandrsquo; experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in a similar environment
Level 3 Food Safety Certificate and relevant Food Safety qualifications
Strong communication and IT skills
Excellent timekeeping and organisational skills
