About the Role

Berkeley Scott is seeking a Head Chef for an award-winning hotel near Wrexham, based in Penyffordd. This permanent role offers a 40-hour week leading a small team of 4 chefs. The position includes a salary of £45,000 per annum, bonus incentives, full menu autonomy, and free on-site parking. The successful candidate will direct the restaurant’s culinary direction and access hotel accommodation if needed. Development opportunities exist within this expanding group, which operates 6 hotels. Key skills required include the ability to imprint a personal stamp on the menu, work alongside the restaurant manager, and manage kitchen equipment investments with full support.

Someone who has the ability to put their ''Stamp'' on a restaurant. They are willing to invest in you - equiptment you need and your menu with no strings attached. Equally you will be well versed and have the ability to work alongside the Restaurant Manager and create something beautiful.
