We are looking for an exceptional Head Chef to take the reins at a celebrated Highland hotel and restaurant in the heart of Glencoe, one of Scotlandandrsquo;s most breathtaking and iconic locations. As Head Chef you will lead a talented kitchen team, producing hearty, quality Scottish dishes using the finest local and regional produce across a busy hotel and restaurant operation.

The Head Chef will take full ownership of the kitchen operation, driving food standards, GP performance and brigade development across a busy hotel and restaurant environment.andnbsp;As Head Chef you will be commercially minded and operationally strong, with a proven ability to manage both the creative and commercial demands of a high-quality hotel kitchen.

The ideal Head Chef will thrive in a remote Highland setting and bring genuine passion for seasonal, locally sourced cooking. The Head Chef will also be a natural leader, committed to developing their team and maintaining consistently high standards of food and service.
