This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a fresh food operation and help shape the culinary direction of a rapidly growing contract catering company where food is at the forefront of everything they do.   About the Role:   
 
 Lead a busy kitchen deliveringandnbsp; 200andndash;250 fresh lunches daily    
 Create and cook vibrant, fresh dishes includingandnbsp; street food specials, salad bar options, and hot mains    
 Oversee breakfast service and occasional hospitality catering   
 Manage, mentor, and nurture a small, passionate team, developing their skills and confidence   
 Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety   
  Hours andamp; Benefits:
