About the Role
Berkeley Scott seeks a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a brand-new Business & Industry site in Windsor. This permanent role offers a Monday-to-Friday daytime schedule with a salary of £47,000 and on-site parking. The successful candidate will take ownership of a fresh food operation, serving 200–250 high-quality lunches and breakfasts daily. Key responsibilities include creating vibrant dishes such as street food specials and salad bar options, alongside occasional hospitality support. About the Role:
Lead a busy kitchen deliveringandnbsp;200andndash;250 fresh lunches daily
Create and cook vibrant, fresh dishes includingandnbsp;street food specials, salad bar options, and hot mains
Oversee breakfast service and occasional hospitality catering
Manage, mentor, and nurture a small, passionate team, developing their skills and confidence
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
