Weandrsquo;re looking for an experiencedandnbsp;Head Chefandnbsp;to lead the kitchen at our brand-new Bandamp;I site, serving high-quality breakfasts and lunches, with hospitality support when required. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a fresh food operation and help shape the culinary direction of a rapidly growing contract catering company where food is at the forefront of everything they do.

About the Role:

• Lead a busy kitchen deliveringandnbsp;200andndash;250 fresh lunches daily

• Create and cook vibrant, fresh dishes includingandnbsp;street food specials, salad bar options, and hot mains

• Oversee breakfast service and occasional hospitality catering

• Manage, mentor, and nurture a small, passionate team, developing their skills and confidence

• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety

Hours andamp; Benefits:

• Monday to Friday, daytime hours
