Following a recent refurbishment, the property offers exceptional facilities including two restaurants, a large events space, and a brand-new conference and events venue opening soon. The hotel operates year-round and caters to a wide range of guests, including weddings and events of up to 300 attendees. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the hotel s kitchen operations, including both restaurant and banqueting servicesDesign, develop, and regularly update menus across all outlets and eventsCollaborate closely with senior management to enhance the overall food offeringIncorporate seasonal ingredients and innovative culinary techniquesEnsure high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistencyOversee kitchen team performance, training, and developmentMaintain strict health, safety, and hygiene standardsManage stock control, supplier relationships, and kitchen budgets About You Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step upStrong background in both restaurant and banqueting operationsCreative, ambitious, and passionate about delivering high-quality foodExcellent leadership and team management skillsKnowledge of the local area and suppliers is highly desirableAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment What s on Offer Competitive salary up to £50,000Performance-based bonus schemeOpportunity to shape and ..... full job details .....
