Head Brewer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head Brewer to join an established and growing independent brewery. We''re looking for a passionate brewing professional with strong leadership experience to take ownership of the brewing operation, driving quality, efficiency and continuous improvement across production. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for overseeing the entire brewing process, managing the production team and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and operational performance. Key Responsibilities Lead all brewing and production operations Manage production planning and scheduling to meet business demands Oversee recipe management and support the development of new products Drive quality assurance and quality control across all brewing processes Manage departmental budgets and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Ensure compliance with health and safety, food safety and regulatory requirements Lead, develop and mentor the production team through coaching, training and performance management Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of brewing and packaging equipment Maintain accurate production records and inventory management About You You''ll be an experienced brewer with a genuine passion for producing exceptional beer and developing high-performing teams.
