to lead their bar team.This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual to take ownership of a sophisticated bar program within an award-winning setting. Youll be working alongside a world-class culinary team in an environment that celebrates creativity, attention to detail, and outstanding service.The Role:

Lead the bar operation with precision, professionalism, and flair

Design and deliver a refined, seasonal cocktail menu

Train, manage, and inspire a small, passionate bar team

Collaborate with sommeliers and chefs to ensure a seamless guest experience

Shift Patterns:

5 shifts per week

Split across:

Day shifts: 9:30am

4:00pm

Evening shifts: 5:00pm

11:00pm

Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in a high-end or Michelin-starred restaurant environment is essential

Strong leadership and team management skills

Impeccable knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations

A natural passion for delivering exceptional guest service
