HDR Lead Solicitor and Team Leader

Currently working with a leading law firm in central Liverpool who are expanding their HDR function.The role will involve managing a team of fee earners and solicitors handling claimant pre lit and litigated housing disrepair files, as well as managing your own caseload of complex matters.A large part of this role will be providing ongoing technical training, coaching and mentoring to fee earners, as well as ensuring the team as a whole meet and exceed KPI''s, giving a first in class service to the claimants your team represent.Salary: a guide of £45-70k gives an indication of the calibre of candidate we are looking to engage with.Full job spec available on application.Interested?
