The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP HCM architecture, integration strategy, and program delivery, with a strong understanding of cross-functional dependencies across Finance, Procurement, SAP Ariba, SAP Analytics Cloud, Concur, and non-SAP systems. The program is currently entering Integration Testing, with delays in customization build and configuration. The candidate will play a critical role in managing these challenges, ensuring integration readiness, and supporting the transition from SAP ECC to SAP SuccessFactors.
