The initial focus will be Germany , with further operating companies and countries to follow. Extensive travel will be in involved with this assignment combined with significant periods of remote working. The Role The role will take ownership of individual HCM deployments from preparation through to go-live, working closely with technology teams, HR, payroll and operating company stakeholders. The programme will involve the rollout of a new HR technology platform, with ADP forming a key part of the landscape, alongside the phased replacement of existing technology, including Ceridian. The successful candidate will be responsible for making sure each operating company is ready to adopt the new technology, including data, processes, testing, stakeholder engagement and go-live.
