You will be required to provide day-to-day cover for short or longer-term placements, supporting individuals with their personal care, daily living and independence. What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker may include:

  • Supporting individuals with personal care and daily living
  • Promoting independence and supporting individuals to achieve their goals
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with medication where appropriately trained
  • Supporting individuals with appointments and activities
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Working alongside other healthcare professionals and support teams
  • Ensuring a safe, respectful and supportive environment at all times
What We’re Looking For
  • You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
  • Previous experience working within a care, healthcare or support setting is desirable.
  • A caring, reliable and compassionate approach.
  • A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • The ability to work flexibly across a range of shifts.
  • A clear enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.
