You will play a key role in promoting recovery, independence, and emotional wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Providing emotional support and building therapeutic relationships Supporting patients with daily activities and personal care where required Observing, monitoring, and accurately recording patient behaviour and wellbeing Assisting with risk management, including de-escalation techniques Supporting patients during activities and structured therapy sessions Maintaining a safe, calm, and supportive environment Reporting concerns and working closely with nurses and multidisciplinary teams Encouraging independence and recovery-focused care Requirements Previous care or mental health experience (preferred but not essential) Compassionate, patient, ..... full job details .....
