Responsibilities Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to patients and residents. Assess, monitor, and document patients'' health and wellbeing. Administer medication and treatments in accordance with care plans and clinical guidelines. Monitor, observe, and accurately record patients'' progress and clinical conditions. Ensure nursing care plans are followed and updated appropriately. Work collaboratively with doctors, healthcare professionals, families, and other members of the healthcare team. Provide one-to-one nursing care and support where required. Recognise and report any changes in patients'' conditions and escalate concerns appropriately. Maintain high standards of patient safety, infection control, and professional nursing practice. Requirements Valid NMC Registration Right to work in the UK Minimum 6 months of relevant nursing experience Mandatory Health Training Certificate Valid Enhanced DBS Good communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to delivering safe, compassionate, and professional nursing care Benefits Weekly pay Pension ..... full job details .....
