What you''ll be doing;

  • Process customer enquiries and bookings for hazardous waste disposal, handling both internal and external customer queries with efficiency and accuracy
  • Manage the complete customer journey from initial query through to collection scheduling, ensuring all work is completed within agreed team targets
  • Handle customer calls swiftly and professionally, providing accurate information including quotations while maintaining full compliance with Health and Safety policies
  • Book transport, input waste details into the Salesforce system, order labels, and liaise with the external sales team to keep customers informed
  • Complete all necessary legislative paperwork and ensure correct data entry to enable efficient servicing of customers while maintaining compliance with Veolia policies and procedures



What we''re looking for;

  • Previous customer service experience with proven ability to handle multiple enquiries efficiently
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with data entry systems
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet team targets
  • Desirable: Previous experience in the waste industry or knowledge of Salesforce systems
  • A proactive team player with drive and energy who is committed to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining the highest standards of compliance
