If so, we are looking for you for this great opportunity with our client    The rate of pay is £14.24  This is a full-time role, and the hours of work are:  Hours of work (Apply online only)hrs  4 days from six on a rolling 6 week cycle   As a Hatchery team leader, you will be responsible for:   Lead the department in the smooth, efficient, economic daily operation of the hatchery Chick Dispatch,  to maintain and improve standards of hatcheries, chick quality, hygiene, chick welfare, and overall hatcheries performance.   Organising daily work routines, paperwork, and scheduling.  Maintain and monitor the hygiene programme, ensuring the tidiness and cleanliness of the hatchery to required standards.  Develop and maintain a sound working knowledge of all hatchery equipment.
