What''s the Job? As Harvest Manager, you''ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the harvest operation, working closely with production and packhouse teams to deliver quality, efficiency and consistency across a 7-day operation. Your responsibilities will include: Managing large harvest teams during peak season Producing harvest forecasts, labour plans and schedules Planning daily, weekly and short-term harvest activity Managing harvest logistics, quality and efficiency Setting picking rates and monitoring earnings Working closely with production, husbandry and packhouse teams What do I need?
