Harrow - Team Manager - Assessment Team - 44.50 p/h Umb Duties and Responsibilities: Managing and supervising a team of Social Workers, Senior Social Workers, and support staff. Overseeing the delivery of statutory assessments within a frontline Assessment Team. Ensuring compliance with safeguarding thresholds, legislation, and timescales. Providing leadership and oversight on complex cases, including Section 17 and Section 47 enquiries. Driving performance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement within the team. Supporting staff development through supervision, guidance, and performance management. Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure effective safeguarding outcomes. Ensuring accurate and timely case recording and reporting.
