Harness Build Technician

Our sister company, Futuremotiv, are looking for candidates who have direct automotive industry experience and understanding of automotive processes and are hands-on who will embrace the company s cultural and professional business environment and will work directly with our customers and with the suppliers involved to identify, manage and resolve quality/warranty issues in ongoing vehicle programs. The responsibilities of this position will include, but not be limited to: Manufacture of automotive electrical harnesses. Build low and high voltage assemblies and enclosures for prototypes. Perform end of line test procedures such as continuity, isolation and resistive tests and reporting. Work with in-house engineering team as required to support design and development. Responsibility also includes support building the test rigs as demanded. HV and LV Harness build required. Personal attributes Strong hands on, can do attitude. Ability to learn fast and to quickly pick up new skills. Ability to effectively operate and communicate in a multi-cultural environment. Good prioritization skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to report to senior management and report accurate information in a clear and concise manner. Proactive approach on the challenge and raise the foreseeable issues to improve efficiency.
