Occupational Therapist - Adult Social CareHaringey Council Location: 48 Station Road, London, Greater London, N22 6UX Rate: 42.00 per hour (Limited/Umbrella) Work Pattern: TBCJob OverviewEden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Adult Social Care Team at Haringey Council.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Occupational Therapist to work with adults who have complex care and therapy needs, helping to deliver high-quality assessments, interventions, and positive outcomes for service users, carers, and families.Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake assessments for adults with complex care and therapy needs across Adult Social Care services.Provide robust decision-making and risk management to support effective care planning.Identify and implement appropriate care pathways for individuals with complex needs.Deliver person-centred interventions that promote independence and improve outcomes.Act as a recognised specialist within the Occupational Therapy field.Contribute to the ongoing development of practice, policy, and service improvement.Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Sensory Impairment Practitioners, and Equipment Managers.Support the Team Manager and deputise when required.Essential RequirementsDegree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy.HCPC registration.Previous experience working within Adult Social Care.Experience completing complex assessments and managing ..... full job details .....
