Hardware Production Support Engineer Scunthorpe Onsite Full-time, Permanent 37.5 hours per week Adria Solutions is recruiting a Hardware Production Support Engineer for an established technology manufacturer whose products support customers in critical operational environments. This hands-on role sits at the heart of engineering and manufacturing. Based on the production floor, you''ll resolve build and test issues, improve manufacturing processes and help take new hardware products into reliable, repeatable production. The role Reporting to the Engineering Manager, your responsibilities will include: Providing first-line engineering support for electronic and electromechanical assembly and testing. Diagnosing faults at the bench, resolving production issues and escalating problems that require design changes. Creating and maintaining assembly instructions, test procedures and other production documentation. Designing, building and maintaining test jigs, wiring harnesses and test equipment. Updating bills of materials and supporting engineering change control. Leading the production side of new product introduction, ensuring products move smoothly from design handover into manufacture.
