They''re looking for a- Hardware Engineering Lead -to drive the mechanical development of a complex production system as it moves from prototype to scalable manufacture.  This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving challenging engineering problems while mentoring a small, talented team.   The Role   You''ll lead the mechanical design and continuous improvement of sophisticated automated machinery, working closely with Electrical, Controls, Software and Manufacturing teams to deliver reliable, production-ready equipment.
