Info about what the Hardware Design Engineer role entails We are looking for an experienced and detail-driven Hardware Engineer to join our team. This role involves the design, development, and ongoing support of medical, diagnostic, and scientific devices. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise across analogue and digital electronics, RF, battery and low-power systems, and embedded platforms, with a focus on robust electronics design, testing, firmware integration, and compliance with relevant industry standards. Key Responsibilities Design and develop hardware systems, including architecture, schematics, PCB layout, and embedded solutions for battery-powered products Lead and participate in the full hardware development lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, prototyping, testing, debugging, firmware, and production support. Ensure all products meet relevant regulatory standards (e.g., IEC 60601, 61326, 60335, ISO13485) and support new product introduction (NPI) processes. Develop and execute test plans, conduct EMC testing, and troubleshoot hardware issues to ensure product reliability and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, software, and manufacturing, to deliver integrated solutions. Maintain accurate documentation for hardware designs, test results, and compliance records.
