Job Title: Break fix Field Engineers (Level 2)Location:Peterborough/CambridgeCandidates can be based anywhere from north of Manchester down the M6, through- Cambridgeshire and surrounding area - Milton Keynes/Northampton and surrounding area.Start Date:ASAPRate:£150 per day insideRole Overview:We are looking for 3 experienced Level 2 Field Technicians to provide hardware break/fix support across the above regions. This is not deskside support. Engineers must be mobile and able to travel across their assigned coverage area using their own vehicle.Scope of Work:Hardware break/fix support for HP desktops and laptopsField-based repair work across multiple customer sitesDiagnosis and repair of desktop and laptop hardware issuesReplacement of faulty hardware components as requiredEnsure repairs are completed efficiently and to agreed service standardsSkills Required:Level 2 technician skill setStrong hands-on experience with HP desktop and laptop hardware repairsAbility to diagnose and resolve hardware faults independentlyExperience working in a field-based/mobile support roleGood customer service and communication skillsFull driving licence and own vehicle requiredServices in Scope:PC hardware supportLaptop hardware supportPeripheral hardware supportHardware fault diagnosis and ..... full job details .....
