Your new role As Hard Services Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of all hard FM services, ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and compliance of building services and infrastructure. Key responsibilities will include: Managing Hard FM services including Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Safety Systems, Building Fabric, and Critical Infrastructure.
