Key Responsibilities Work as part of a Hard Landscaping team on all aspects of garden build projects Installation of paving, decking, fencing, brickwork, and other hard landscaping features Operate hand tools, light plant, and machinery safely, including Kango breakers Handle, transport, and dispose of waste materials responsibly Document work progress through photographs and paperwork at each stage Adhere to all health, safety, and company guidance on site Assist with supervising, training, and motivating landscape assistants and apprentices Carry out any additional duties required by the Operations Manager Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in one or more areas of hard landscaping (paving, decking, fencing, brickwork, irrigation, turfing, general carpentry) UK driving licence preferred Right to live and work in the UK Good spoken English and effective communication skills with clients, designers, and colleagues Knowledge of materials and methods used within hard landscaping CSCS/CPCS card, abrasive wheels, manual handling, and digger license (up ..... full job details .....
