Hard FM Service Manager

An exciting opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Hard FM Service Manager to join our Hard Facilities Management team in Bristol. This team delivers a first-class reactive and planned maintenance and repairs service on behalf of an NHS Trust. Rydon Maintenance is a successful planned/preventative maintenance contractor operating throughout England. We are a dynamic, multi talented organisation, working across a wide range of market sectors, predominantly within the healthcare, education and housing sectors. Job Purpose As Service Manager you will manage a small team of in house maintenance engineers on a contract we have with a prestigious NHS hospital in Bristol. You will ensure that reactive calls and PPMs are responded to in order for the smooth and efficient running of the day to day operations to meet SLA and KPI targets You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the delivery of hard FM services, ensuring statutory compliance with current legislation and local codes of practice to protect the health and safety of others in a live hospital environment. Where it is not possible for works to be completed in house you will also manage the specialist planned and reactive sub-contracted services ensuring that all works are completed to the required quality and that HSQandE obligations are met.
