Reporting to the Built Estate Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of planned, reactive and corrective maintenance, ensuring all work is completed safely, compliantly and in line with contractual performance standards. This is a hands-on operational management role suited to an experienced maintenance professional with a strong background in Hard Facilities Management. You will manage engineering teams and specialist contractors, drive KPI performance, oversee statutory compliance and provide technical support to key stakeholders.
