The RoleWorking closely with senior consultants and clients, you will provide technical expertise across a range of Hard FM projects, including:Asset management and lifecycle planningTechnical surveys and reviewsMaintenance strategy and PPMFM mobilisation and asset data managementProject and defects managementHard FM maintenance estimatingFM procurement and tender supportDevelopment of technical specifications and service delivery solutionsEnergy management, sustainability and emerging FM technologies About YouWe are looking for an experienced Hard FM professional with a strong engineering background, ideally electrically biased with good mechanical knowledge. You will have:Significant experience in a technical FM roleStrong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building servicesExperience managing or delivering FM projectsStrong understanding of statutory compliance and Hard FM best practiceKnowledge of FM contracts, asset management and lifecycle planningExperience with CAFM, BIM and/or emerging FM technologiesExperience supporting FM bids and tender responsesStrong commercial and client-facing skillsPFI / PPP ..... full job details .....
