Hard Facilities MandE Supervisor

I am currently working with a Kent based Local Authority who are on the lookout for an interim Hard Facilities MandE Supervisor for an initial 3-6 month period. This role is part-time 3 days per week, you will need to be a maximum of 20 miles away. This role is key to ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the corporate estate, supporting essential public services across the borough. This is a hands-on supervisory role, overseeing the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across a diverse portfolio including offices, community buildings, and operational sites. You must have strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC and a good understanding of statutory compliance (e.g. HandS, gas, electrical, water hygiene) Key Responsibilities: Supervise the delivery of hard FM services, including MandE, HVAC, and building systems maintenance Manage and monitor contractors and service providers, ensuring performance against SLAs and KPIs Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations and health and safety standards Support the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes Oversee reactive maintenance and ensure timely resolution of issues Carry out site inspections, audits, and quality checks across the estate Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to support service delivery Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive fabric repairs Conduct site inspections, condition surveys, and ..... full job details .....
