This role is part-time 3 days per week, you will need to be a maximum of 20 miles away. This role is key to maintaining the condition, safety, and usability of our corporate estate, ensuring buildings are fit for purpose for staff, residents, and service users. You will take the lead on all building fabric maintenance, overseeing contractors and works across a varied portfolio including offices, schools, community centres, and operational properties.
