Handyperson

• Perform basic repairs and maintenance work.
• Assist tradespeople with general site duties.
• Install, repair, or replace fixtures and fittings.
• Carry out minor carpentry, painting, plumbing, and maintenance tasks.
• Keep work areas clean and tidy.
• Move materials and equipment around the site.
• Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
• Report defects, hazards, or damage to the Site Supervisor.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and site regulations.
• Assist with site setup and temporary works where required.

Skills & Experience

• Basic knowledge of construction and maintenance work.
• Ability to use common hand and power tools.
• Good practical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous construction site experience preferred.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card 
• Basic health and safety awareness.
• Relevant trade experience and own tools
