Handyperson - no CSCS required

Uxbridge £19.05 per hour 35 hours per week 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday Hays are partnering with a well-established organisation in Uxbridge to recruit a reliable and experienced Handyperson to join their on-site maintenance team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in general maintenance who enjoys a varied role and takes pride in maintaining site facilities to a high standard. Key Responsibilities- Carrying out general maintenance and repair tasks- Minor painting and decorating works- Changing locks and basic repairs- Cleaning and upkeep of site facilities- Supporting the day-to-day maintenance of the premises- Ensuring work areas remain safe, clean and well-presented Requirements- Previous experience in a similar Handyperson, Facilities, Maintenance or Caretaker role.- Ability to provide references demonstrating relevant experience.- Good practical skills and a proactive approach to work.- CSCS card not required.- All tools and equipment provided.
