Comprehensive training, a company vehicle and fuel card will be provided.Electrical, plumbing or drainage experience is advantageousl, as the company specialises in installing, maintaining, and carrying out reactive work in washrooms across a variety of corporate sites, as well as fitting air fresheners and hand dryers.Key Responsibilities Install, maintain and repair washroom systems Carry out plumbing and general maintenance tasksFit hand dryers and air fresheners (electrical work) Travel to client sites as required Conduct inspections and identify maintenance issues Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Maintain accurate records of work completed Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely project completion Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures Requirements Full UK driving licence (essential)Disclosure and Barring Service ..... full job details .....
