Handyperson (Facilities Management Experience)

I am currently working with a contractor who is in need of a fabric maintenance engineer across NHS sites across South London, This role is paying -2021 (UMB) + van and fuel card, this role is on going temp but has the opportunity to go perm.

The role will involve;

• General maintenance such as minor flooring repairs, door repairs (changing closers, locks etc.), blocked drainage, water leaks, changing lamps.
• Mobile role across 15 NHS sites.

Hours

• 8am - 5pm (40 hours per week, with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break)
• No requirement to be on-call whilst temp.

Experience & Qualifications

• A plumbing or carpentry qualification would be beneficial.
• Experience working in an FM (Facilities Management) role
• Experience working in a hospital, other healthcare environment or other critical environment would be desirable
• A Standard DBS certificate will need to be obtained.
• A full UK driving licence (No more than 6 points and no driving ban within the past 6 months)
