Inventory Management: Monitor, order, and restock cleaning supplies and sundries. Grounds and Equipment: Maintain external grounds, operate gardening tools, and conduct basic checks on vehicles and equipment. Diverse Maintenance Skills: Apply basic mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting skills, along with furniture assembly.
