Responsibilities: Carrying out general maintenance works within tenanted properties, supporting responsive repairs and maintenance activities. Completing general snagging and making-good works to ensure properties are finished to a high standard. Undertaking painting and decorating works, including touch-ups and remedial painting following repairs.
