The role involves carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), minor reactive repairs, general building fabric works, and assisting in maintaining safe, clean, and operational environments across multiple sites. The successful candidate will have practical experience in general building maintenance, including basic plumbing, joinery, and fabric repairs, while demonstrating a strong awareness of health & safety procedures and customer service standards.
