Handyperson

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Handyperson to join one of the country''s leading Facilities Management companies working around Watford, High Wycombe and Bracknell. A Handyperson with some experience in basic plumbing in a commercial setting will be highly beneficial for this role This will be a multi-site role offering building maintenance services across a range of disciplines aimed at keeping services and costs in-house. Experience working in commercial premises, particularly the retail sector, would be a distinct advantage. The work consists of a mix of PPM and reactive building works internally and externally to include:BuildingRoof - repair roof leaks and quarterly gutter and gully clearanceBrickwork - repairs to wallsFloor - repair vinyl and ceramic tilesCar Park / yard worksRoller shutters - annual PPM and reactive repairs Painting and decoratingCarry out minor painting repairs Plumbing and drainageUnblock drains, urinals, toilets, and sinks.Repair leaking taps and washers.For the right Handyperson a fantastic salary / package is on offer consisting of the following:Basic salary - 30000 - 32,400 Mon - Fri 40 hours per week Paid travel time Overtime Company Van with fuel card, option for private use 33 Days Holiday inclusive of banks Pension Private Health CareThis is a great opportunity to join a fantastic company that offer long term careers and opportunities for progression, High WycombeHigh WycombeCalibre Search promote equality in the ..... full job details .....
