Key Responsibilities: General site maintenance and snagging. First and second fix carpentry. Adjusting doors, ironmongery, skirting and timber fixtures etc Making good, minor repairs and finishing works. Assisting site management with day-to-day tasks as required. Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment. Requirements: Proven experience on commercial construction sites. Good all-round carpentry and handyman skills. Own carpentry tools. Valid CSCS Card.
