Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled HandyMan/Woman to join our client. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set and a strong work ethic, capable of performing various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial settings. This role is essential for ensuring that properties are well-maintained and functional, providing a safe and comfortable environment for occupants.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with Shuttering work
• Other General site duties.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working order.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area during and after tasks.

Skills

• Proficient in basic shuttering carpentry, and general maintenance skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to maintenance work.
• Valid CSCS Card
