      <description>Location: Bristol | Salary: 20.00-20.00 Hourly | Type: Contract | Handyman/maintenance technician required! Overview My client is a leading provider in facilities management and they are in need for some holiday cover. They are seeking a proactive and versatile Handyman/Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the building maintenance and safety of our facilities by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike. Duties  Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, building services, and equipment to ensure continuous operation. Troubleshoot and repair minor fabric works and assist the engineers on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Supervise maintenance tasks performed by junior staff or contractors, ensuring safety standards are met. Basic Handyman maintenance duties  Experience  Proven experience in maintenance roles Facilities management maintenance experience Commercial experience Fabric repairs Must have own tools!  Job starting immediately</description>
