Job Title: General HandymanLocation: North FinchleyJob Type: Full-Time, PermanentSalary: 27k - 30kAbout the Role:We are looking for a reliable and skilled General Handyman to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role involves a mix of general maintenance work for customers, residential property upkeep, and full apartment fit-outs, including assembling flat-pack furniture. You will be responsible for ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and carrying out repair work efficiently and professionally.Key Responsibilities:Conducting general maintenance and repair tasks in residential properties.Performing basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting duties.Carrying out full fit-outs of apartments, including assembling and installing flat-pack furniture.Responding to customer maintenance requests and resolving issues promptly.Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.Identifying potential issues and suggesting solutions to prevent future repairs.Managing tools, materials, and equipment efficiently.Requirements:Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance worker, or in a similar role.Strong practical skills across general maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, decorating, etc.).Experience assembling and fitting flat-pack furniture.Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools safely.Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as ..... full job details .....
