Skilled Careers are currently looking for an experienced Handyman to join a busy residential construction site in Chatham.

This is a great opportunity for a reliable and skilled individual to secure ongoing work with a well-established site team.

Duties will include:

• Carrying out snagging and finishing works

• Basic carpentry tasks

• Installing fixtures and fittings

• Making good works and minor repairs

• General maintenance duties across the site

• Assisting site management with various tasks as required

• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card

• Previous handyman experience on construction sites

• Own tools and full PPE

• Good attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
